I understand that by booking a session, I am committing Ron's studio to be held for me. If I don't show, Ron's studio will be empty. Ron's hair and make up person will not be happy that he took a cab all the way to the studio, and then we have to tell him to go back home. "He's the sweetest guy on the planet, but if you piss him off, he will find a way to make you fat. He'll just keep sending lots of fattening food to your house. You won't be able to resist. I've seen it happen. It's not pretty!"
"All we ask is that you let us know at least one week in advance. Calling us on Friday to cancel a session on Monday doesn't work. There's no time for us to fill your spot."
I understand that 50% of the session fee is a payment towards my session, and an insurance policy for Ron Rinaldi's Studio. If I don't show up or I do not give the proper notice of one full week, my deposit is forfeit. No excuses, no exceptions.
If I book a job the day before my session, I will weigh which means more to me and not expect Ron and his staff to pay for my getting work.
I understand the Ron's Studio does not make 50% if I cancel, but loses 50% because the studio was empty and it was all because of me.
Plus, I know Ron gets stressed when he has to take someone's deposit, and I don't want to put him through that.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION: If we can fill your spot then your deposit remains and is applicable to another session date.
Deposits are non refundable.
